eyeOS is a pack of lockscreen designs, not an app that runs in the background. It collects nothing, and it has no server to send anything to.
What eyeOS actually is
eyeOS is a design pack for Kustom. Installing it adds a set of presets and images to your phone. It has no interface of its own beyond a launcher screen, and nothing of it runs in the background.
You need the free Kustom app installed to use these designs — Kustom Lock Screen (KLCK) for the lockscreens, and its siblings KLWP and KWGT for wallpapers and widgets. Kustom is what draws the design on your screen.
What we collect
Nothing.
- No account, sign-up, or login.
- No analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics.
- No crash reporting.
- No advertising, ad IDs, or third-party tracking SDKs.
- No profiling, and no automated decision-making about you.
We do not operate a server that receives your information. There is no Bract Studio account, no cloud sync, and no database anywhere holding your data.
Kustom — the app that does the work
This is the most important thing on this page, so it gets its own section.
The designs in this pack are rendered by Kustom, not by eyeOS. Kustom is a separate app made by Kustom Industries, and it asks you for any permissions it needs — for example to show the time, the weather, or your battery level on a lockscreen.
Because Kustom is a third-party app, its privacy policy governs what it does with that information, not ours. If you want to know how any of it is handled, read Kustom Industries' privacy policy.
Bract Studio has no affiliation with Kustom Industries, receives nothing from Kustom, and cannot see anything Kustom reads.
What stays on your device
The designs and images ship inside the pack and stay on your phone. Any change you make to a design is saved by Kustom on your device. Uninstalling eyeOS removes the designs.
Purchases
Any purchase you make is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or receive your card number, billing address or any other payment detail — Google confirms the purchase to the app and nothing more. Refunds and payment queries are handled by Google Play under its own terms and privacy policy.
Children
eyeOS is not directed at children, and collects no data from anyone — including children under 13, or the equivalent age in your country. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to delete on request.
Data sharing and sale
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. We have never sold user data and have no mechanism to do so.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you. Bract Studio holds no personal data about eyeOS users, so there is nothing for us to return or erase.
Everything eyeOS touches lives on your own device and is under your control: revoke any permission in Android Settings, or uninstall the app to remove it all at once.
Google Play compliance
eyeOS complies with Google Play's Limited Use requirements. Data the app accesses on your device is used solely to provide features that are visible to you in the app, is processed locally on the device, is never transferred to any server, and is never used for advertising, profiling or credit assessment. It is never sold.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above changes with it. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted here.
